you mean actually sketcher or do you seek for someone who draws finished drawings? if you mean scetching then i might be willing to do it if i get paid for it

You really can't solicit people for work, and then proceed to not provide details regarding said work. o.o

And I suggest you come up with a more concrete way to describe what you want, because simply sketching some images is nothing like character design, which seems to be what it is you actually desire.
