Some questions:

1) What about a scenario where there's a amputed finger on a character's pussy or ass? Should fingering still be implicated?

3) What if it's a giant's amputed finger and someone is using it in unorthodox ways, would it be fingering? Could someone tag it as improvised_sex_toy?

4) What if it's a sex toy modeled after a finger?

5) The Wik of anal_fingering mentions sexual stimulus of a character through insertion of finger(s) on their anus. So... if a dead character is being anally fingered would it count as anal fingering with the current definition?

I feel like most of these, at best unlikely, edge cases could be applied to pretty much everything that implies sex.
