Agreed. Strategic means that something was planned, or happened purposefully, while convienient means in just happend to occur by chance.

To give a few examples:

An argument could technically be made either way. For one, Amy's using Tail's tails like a towel, and holding up her leg, which could be an effort to cover herself while she towels off, not to mention the fact that she's also holding a lock of his tail over her breast. One the other hand, the view is from her front, not her back, she's lifting up her leg for what seems to be no reason, and the the lock may have just been long enough to extend over her nipples by chance.

The dog is actively walking through the city, not paying attention to people below her (at least that's how it appears in this picture). She's not posing with her paw in the air to block her vagina, especially since it'd only be blocked from one vantage point.
