ear_ring is for specifically ring type piercings, this should be ear_piercing

Well, a lot or even most of these actually do seem to be ring piercings with a feather dangling from it, ie. post #4694201
That said, this is still the wrong tag, so rejected. The actual tag is feather_ear_ring
