Reason: Grounded mastery position will be the sex position tag for lotus position, and any variants too different to be called lotus position. The basket position tag is mainly used for legs together, and bow-legged variants, while lotus is nearly exclusively cross-legged content. The term grounded is used in reference to mastery in that both of these positions do not take place on the edge of a raised surface, which is a core feature of the mastery position proper.

I feel keeping these grounded tags together will be a nicer way of handling them in general and will be an improvement to how we handle them currently.
