- multi_teat, which is the tag to use for nipples that are not generally associated with humanoid breasts.
"A character, typically feral, that has more than 1 pair of teats on an individual body."
For example think of a feral dog with 6 nipples but no breasts along their tummy.
- multi_nipple, which is the tag to use for nipples that are generally associated with humanoid breasts.
"A character with more than 2 nipples belonging to an individual body."
For example think of an anthro dog with 6 nipples, but they're not on breasts (or maybe only two of them are).
- teats, which is the tag used for nipples which are found near the crotch area. This is most often associated with equines, sheep, goats, cows, etc.
For example think of a feral pony with two small "breasts" and teats near the crotch.
I wanted to clear something up with the use of the first two tags here.
The way they're defined on their wikis would imply that the multi_teat should be used for feral subjects and multi_nipple should be used for anthro subjects.
But that's not how they're being used. Multi-teat is being used correctly but only has been assigned to a few dozen posts, while multi_nipple shows up in thousands of pictures both feral and anthro.
So our problem is that multi_nipple either isn't being used correctly, or that it's incorrectly defined as different than multi_teat.
I see two options:
1) On feral posts, change the tags from multi_nipple to multi_teat.
2) Consolidate multi_teat and multi_nipple into just one tag.
Can I get some experienced wiki editors to weigh in on how to resolve this?
