Neither of these profiles point to each other directly that I can see.

Both these accounts are still in use, and are uploading the same stuff within an hour of each other. e.g.

The FA links to a Patreon in this journal The patreon is named Asura Kitsune is creating Art & Comics | Patreon but does not link to the Asura Kitsune twitter.

They are probably the same person. If we do an alias, I would support making kitsunekotaro canonical until proven otherwise, since it has 113 tags vs. 53 for asurakitsune and they are both equally active.

Other crap: There is also a journal linking to a Picarto account which also links to a DA account with links to comic genesis, none of which is very useful. Also a YouTube account and some other stuff... There also appears to be a tumblr account, but I don't feel like it'll lead anywhere useful.
