They appear to be the same person. The Veeight FA links to the 427deer Twitter.
As for the direction of the alias, the 427deer Twitter bio refers to "Veeeight" (sic) as an "old handle". Unfortunately, I can't find any old source links to a veeight Twitter status to confirm...
