Reason: lorena is an artist, lorena_(artist) is the same artist.
Realias gothhana -> lorena_(artist) in another request.
If needed also create and alias lorena -> lorena_(disambiguation), it seems to be a somewhat common name

Admins might also want to examine the reason for all the DELETED posts @ lorena status:any, if the artist requested removal then lorena_(artist) posts would count too, wouldn't they?
