These tags aren't used. Is there a reason to make aliases that aren't used?

looking at the edit histories for both tags they've only been added by 1 person to one post in the past 6 years, prior to that they only ever got added to a total of 4 other posts, all by users who either no longer exist, or no longer use the site and one of the times it was changed to a character name. really dosn't seem like it's worth an alias.
