Reason: If we are treating zoodystopia as the term for all works derivative of the original zootopia plotline (i.e. the shock collar plot), zistopia should fall under that umbrella as a work that uses said original plotline and setting (Moreover, it's far more convenient for those looking for shockcollar!Zootopia work).

As a sidenote, it seems people are already using the tag interchangably with zoodystopia, so maybe an aliasing/mass retagging is in order(?)
