Confirmed, and I do know that it's the artist themself making this request. The Lumino Twitter links to the end0609 Pixiv, which links to the end0609 Twitter, the topmost tweet of which is from the Lumino Twitter. The Pixiv and Lumino's Twitter have several pictures in common (T eg. 1 & P eg. 1 – also mirrored on the other Twitter, T eg. 2 & P eg. 2 ), so I believe the artist originally meant for these to be a SFW and NSFW separation that they've decided is no longer necessary.

I could have explained to them how to make a BUR so they could do it themselves, but this way is faster. I've already retagged all nine pictures, so an Admin could just reject it without a problem. This BUR is mostly a formality.
