I think these both need better names. technical_incest in particular seems to be the wrong term:

images or animations depicting characters engaging in sexual activity who are non-biologically related to each other, such as step-siblings, adopted children and in-laws

However, incest is typically considered to be sexual activity between two or more people/characters who are biologically related, and indeed that's what the incest_(lore) tag requires. So, "technical incest" would mean two or more characters are technically biologically related (that may not be considered "family", e.g. clones, genetic modification, selfcest?), which is the exact opposite intent of the tag. It always confuses me when I see it. IMO, a better term for that would be pseudo-incest, as they're part of a family unit which makes it like incest, but it's a false-incest as they're not actually biologically related.

semi_incest also seems rather confusing, though not as wrong as "technical incest". Since it's for images where there is no incest at all, just two or more family members both depicted doing sexual things specifically not with each other. I feel like there should be a better term for that than "semi incest", if it's worth having.

there is the japanese term inseki meaning "sex involving in-law, step, or adopted family relatives." which is pretty much the exact same definition as our technical_incest tag. although, I'm not sure if I'm a particularly big fan of using a semi-obscure japanese fetish categorization word as the tag name, but it might be better than using a tag name that's kinda contradictory to its usage.

I'm not a fan either of using obscure non-English terms, as they're almost assuredly not going to be obvious and can be mistaken as something else (e.g. a name). I think pseudo-incest would work fine in place of technical_incest, though.

Actually I believe forced_incest_(lore) should imply forced_partners instead of forced

forced incest (lore) means that two or more related individuals are forced to have sex with one another, and forced partners is defined as two or more individuals are forced to perform sexual/romantic acts with one another.
