Is there a functional difference between the two? Feces is a solid meanwhile piss is a liquid. I would think a full diaper is a diaper that has been filled with crap.

For tagging purposes? Not really.

You could interpret that, a diaper, meant to contain whatever is inside, could be full of anything, be it waste or external material to stuff it with, like food. Even then, there should be or there will be more specific tags for such eventually.

it also conflicts with the proposed step 2 of topic #45095, where i mention it would make more sense imo to alias this to "unclean" instead due to the vague nature of the term "full."
