The tag alias #63630 brey_body -> grey_body has been rejected.

Reason: Usually, it's a typo(which doesn't happen much but I assume it would be a good alias to have).
(mb if I'm doing smth dumb this is my first time requesting a tag alias.)

For the past 8 years, a grand total of 3 people made that typo.
The first two noticed and fixed their own typos while the last one was fixed by you.

Typos, if they're common enough, are one of the things aliases are very much intended for.

It does when it causes the autosuggest lists to be filled with irrelevant results due to aliases to highly used tags. Type in fer and look where the result for feral is. As Labra says we'd do it for common typos, to avoid having to manually find and fix them all the time, but in this case it's an extremely rare typo with all but one self-fixed by the one who mistagged it.

generally typos are only aliased away when there's really no ambiguity on it being a typo and always being such and the ttpo is common enough to warrant the alias.

however, I do believe that Brey a given name and Body is a sirname, fairly uncommon in real life, maybe, but there is a small possibility a character named "Brey Body" being created that's relevant to the site.

also potentially adding additional bload suggested tag dropdown.
