Topic: [APPROVED] Imply soiling for soiling subcategories

Posted under Tag Alias and Implication Suggestions

The bulk update request #5642 is active.

create implication soiling_underwear (256) -> soiling (6542)
create implication hyper_soiling (511) -> soiling (6542)
create implication soiling_pants (95) -> soiling (6542)
create implication soiling_shorts (29) -> soiling (6542)
create implication soiling_bottomwear (145) -> soiling (6542)

Reason: There now appear to be several subcategories of soiling that have been created, and all of these should imply the soiling tag as this set of tags is just further specification of the parent soiling tag.

EDIT: The bulk update request #5642 (forum #378476) has been approved by @slyroon.

I thought soiling always involves clothing by definition?

Edit: oops you're right, I forgot diapers don't count as clothing and can be soiled

Actually, I may be wrong. Wiki says diapers are a type of underwear, which is considered clothing, so soiling clothing might be redundant, unless you can soil something that isn't clothing?

because how the clothed tag implies clothing, our rules for what are and are not clothes is a bit weird. stuff is considered to be clothing if it's being worn no matter if the worn object would not be considered a piece of clothing otherwise, for example, normally a loose suit of armor is not considered to be clothing but if it is being worn by a character, said character would be considered to be clothed and the armor would be considered as clothing.

I don't know how this applies to this case, but do with this information as you will.
