If coffaebeans is the tag you want to use on e621 going forward this should be an alias, not a mass update. A mass update will change the tag once, but won't prevent people from tagging doughtea in the future, while an alias will do both. You can edit your BUR by clicking on bulk update request #6175, edit and then replace update with alias.

Nevermind, I see you've already done that, it just hasn't been approved yet.
