The tag alias #70514 offscreen_head -> faceless_character is pending approval.

Reason: Increases discoverability. I expected offscreen_head to exist since other offscreen_* tags exist, but actually it's called head_out_of_frame. Alternatively, we could do the inverse.

head_out_of_frame should be aliased to faceless_character. Its usage is consistent with it, and even if it wasn't, I don't see a good reason to distinguish between them.
