I haven't looked through all these tags carefully yet, but from what I can tell...

unable_to_cum = physically impossible to cum (e.g., due to magic or sci-fi technology)

orgasm_denial = umbrella tag for situations where a character can't orgasm or is not allowed to orgasm.

It looks like there's also blocked_orgasm (27 posts) and cum blockage (40 posts), but those might be for when something is covering the urethra during orgasm?

If we want to keep unable_to_cum, we might want to have it imply orgasm_denial or unusual_chastity.
