Reason: There is considerable overlap between the two, but seem to be tagged interchangeably at random. Extreme_french_kiss has more tags, so I chose that as the top level tag.

The fact that this tag is a waste bin for both french kiss and extreme french kiss posts makes this a bad idea. This will right away cause extreme french kiss to get mistagged on bunch of regular french kiss posts.
