So through curiosity I found out on my own that you can search for pictures based on their score. What I'm wondering is if there is any way to make it easier?

For example, I wanna see any picture with a score off 100 and up, but when I type in "score:100", it only gives me the pictures with a score of 100. Is there a way to broaden the search?

You can use either score:>100 or score:>=100

Hint: There is a yellow (Search Help) near all search fields, click that and you'll see an explanation of everything you can search for and how to do that .

You can also add two periods to create the same effect such as score:100.. score:50..100 score:..50

It also works for similar meta based searches such as comments:5..

Unfortunately it won't work in tag subscriptions or on blacklists

That's because subscriptions/blacklists only use actual tags, not metatags...which I think would be a wonderful addition to the site.
I'd personally subscribe to something like tagcount:<=10 or something to help tag posts.
