Topic: [APPROVED] Tag alias: truck_(vehicle) -> truck

Now that I think of it, inverse makes more sense. I think people will likely/would rather type “truck” in the tags instead of “truck_(vehicle)”. I will update my post.

if they're aliased together either would function, it's just the disambiguator dosn't seem necessary for the tag name since there's not really much else the word can mean. there are a few other things called trucks but none of them seem like they'd really be tagged.

There's also handtrucks, the ball on top of a flagpole, a circular or rectangular board at the top of a mast, a Britishism for a railroad car that hauls goods, a small wagon or cart that's pushed along railroad tracks, among other things. To be fair, they're not likely to be tagged as truck, if at all. A handtruck should be tagged as handtruck anyway. The cart on rails would be most likely tagged as mining_cart. The ball on top of a flagpole would just be included in the overall flagpole tag. Who the heck is going to know that that board at the top of a mast is? We don't go with Britishisms anyway or we'd have to alias lorry to truck/truck_vehicle) as well.* The more I look at it, it seems that truck is a tag that doesn't need to be disambiguated.

* Addendum: No, wait, we already did. X( Nevertheless, the point still stands.
