Requested feature overview description.

Where: /uploads/ page: 'Other Tags' section: -> Preview Final Tags

What: Previewing the tags on the Upload page only gives you the following info:
- tag name
- tag type
- implications & aliases

How about adding the tag count as well?

Or if that's not feasible,
generating a warning if the tag is empty
(ie IF tag_count == 0)

maybe showing empty tags in a different color?
(..probably not red though)

Why would it be useful?

Gives uploaders a way to quickly verify that the tags are valid before actually uploading to the site
