The tag alias #74941 digital-maesma -> tinycactus has been approved.
Reason: These are the same artist, tinycactus is just their new username. If strict evidence is necessary, digital-maesma's FA (https://www.furaffinity.net/user/digital-maesma/) repeatedly uses the alias CaptainKato as well, and links to a DeviantArt by the same name (https://www.deviantart.com/captainkato) as an alternate place to find them. Said DeviantArt page then identifies itself as TinyCactus, has more recent artwork uploaded since the Digital-Maesma page became inactive, and the link to CaptainKato's twitter redirects to TinyCactus' twitter.
Apologies if this is unnecessary - I tried to modify the aliases on their artist tag but couldn't figure out the intended way to get existing digital-maesma tags to redirect to tinycactus short of just manually editing all of them, so I figured the hard tag alias request might be a better avenue.
