I added many pony tags as I can in my blacklist but I still can see them showing up on e621?!

Make them go away!! I can't stand of MLP porn!!

Putting them all on separate lines would be a start (except for maybe pony). If they're still getting through then maybe the images aren't being tagged properly.

As a temporary fix, you could just not fucking look at it instead of having a mental breakdown.

Your blacklist at the moment has every single tag on just one long gigantic line. That means that the blacklist system is only going to blacklist posts that contain ALL of those tags (on a single post).
