I want to clear out tounge_on_cock, since it's misspelled. But some of the posts are tonguejobs and I'm not sure whether they should also be tagged with penis_lick.
The wiki for penis_lick says "If an abnormally long tongue is wrapped around the penis, use tonguejob" but I find that phrasing ambiguous: use instead or in addition?

I'm of the opinion that both tags should be applied.

No, but the analogy doesn't hold. "Kissing" is commonly understood not to include taking the thing into your mouth. If you've wrapped your lips around it and applied suction, you're not kissing anymore. A tonguejob involves licking, it's still rubbing with the tongue... just... moreso.
