bloody_nose would be if someone bloodied your nose, i.e. punched you in the face causing your nose to bleed.
nosebleed would be the more generic term caused for a number of reasons, stress, hornyness(if you're japanese apparently), etc.

They could use a clear definition in the wikis, a bit of cleaning of the tags, and probably an implication to nosebleed from bloody nose.
But I think they should remain separate.

I support the idea of two separate tags and bloody nose implicating nosebleed. The bloody nose tag should be used for noses that have been bloodied, generally by being punched in the face or any other blunt object hitting them in the face. nosebleed should be used for both natural nosebleeds and for bloodied noses too.
