Reason: Even if it started as a trend from an original post, I don't think that justifies having the concept of a train dragon being this long statement rather than a descriptive tag. It's far outstretched its origin.

This seems to be a meme, not a species. Taking a photo of a train, and making a dragon out of it with the same color pattern and roughly the same face shape. Otherwise, I don't think making this a species tag is a good idea; it would basically just a train+dragon hybrid, leading then to tags like plane_hawk or tank_elephant.

Agreed, if anything we'd alias to living_train - however since this is a specific art trend I don't really mind it staying a copyright tag? not super invested in that though

It's a specific meme. Even if we limit it to pictures of train-inspired dragons accompanying a reference photo, that's almost all of the three pages' worth of posts we have, which is something people are likely going to want to search. They needn't necessarily have to be a train+dragon hybrid or living machine, just an organic dragon gussied up like the train that inspired them.
