Topic: [REJECTED] Tag implication: riraruru -> rururawrz

Posted under Tag Alias and Implication Suggestions

if you mean to change your name, you'd want an alias rather than an implication. an implication will cause riraruru to also tag rururawrs, while an alias will cause riraruru to instead get tagged rururawrs.

I'm glad people keep catching these implications-meant-to-be-aliases. I keep missing them too much of the time.

Since you're a self-uploading artist, Rururawrz, would you like to be verified as an artist?

(Also, for the record, the Riraruru FA has for contact information links to the Ruru Rawz Twitter/X and the rururawrz BleSky .)

Yes! I saw the article yesterday but decided to do that today, since I was about to go sleep. I'll do that today

Yes, that's what I thought the implication was. I'm new to this kind of thing, so thank you for noticing it and telling me.
If this thread cannot swap to an Alias request, please, close it and I will look up how to do an Alias request.
If this thread can be swapped to an Alias request, please do so.

Thank you both!

Also, it seems I basically duplicated the artist (because riraruru and rururawrz both appear as separate artists), would the Alias also "merge" both?

yes. it would change all posts tagged with one into the other's, so riraruru would become rururawrz. then, trying to tag riraruru would instead tag rururawrz.

Nice!
So do I have to do anything else for the Alias request?

no, you just have to submit the request here following the same format you used to make this implication request.

Thank you!

Then this thread can be closed if it's okay with you.
