Topic: Help with Reddit Updates

Posted under General

Good afternoon, I really need help with something. I'm a regular poster, mostly of Fear and Hunger content from the subreddit site. A good chuck of the Funger content here I bring it myself. But much of it was replaced with better quality versions and that ended in getting two strikes. What I have to do to encuenter the best quality image? Most of the artist there has no other social acounts besides Reddit, and the ones that have one are also know for also compressing images. I really need help, I don't want to lose the posting privileges.

In addition to what @gattonero2001 has already said about finding the best quality from the various sources, you can also check your replaced posts and see the reasons why your posts got replaced.
Most of which can be attributed to finding better sources that the artists post to and avoiding compressed sample images when you could have gotten the full version.

If you want to make things easier for yourself, request the original files directly from the artist and tell them that you want to share their artwork on e621.
If you would rather not do the above, then you can play detective for every repost you make and figure out every single source that the artist would post to, pick the best source using the link @gattonero2001 gave, and then posting that here.
