Reason: According to the non-mammal_milk wiki page, the tag is supposed to mean exactly the same thing as non-mammal lactation does, except the latter is more widely used and more clear as to what it means.

I also noticed that the latter, however, does not imply lactating, which feels like it should not be the case.
