Aliasing garters -> garter.

Reason: In an effort to clean up the garter* tags, I was planning to alias garters -> garter for consistency

Reason: Plural -> Singular syntax

Sound good?

Ok,it's been about 3 days so far
I'll alias them in about 6-7 hours from now, so if you've got an objection, now's a good time

Since there didn't seem to be any objections, garters is now aliased to garter

I'll be cleaning up the rest of garter tags as well during the week (more info in the Tagging Projects topic; from forum #49400 and beyond)
