Reason: Dialogues in pictures are always written, and many posts have dialogues but surprisingly no text tag.

Some posts are flashes, theoretically spoken dialogue in those could be tagged as well without falling under the text tag.

But spoken dialogue is text too, and if dialogue would be tagged when it's spoken then text should be tagged too. If you choose to tag what you hear (dialogue) instead of only what you see, then you should tag text too as you hear that as well.
