This is how I think it should work.

frottage --(alias)--> invalid tag non-penetrative_sex
frot --(imply)--> non-penetrative_sex
tribadism --(imply)--> non-penetrative_sex

I think it should work this way because frot and frottage are too similar. Frottage is an umbrella term for non-penetrative sex, but using non-penetrative_sex as a tag is less confusing.

How about

Imply frottage -> non-penetrative_sex
Imply tribadism -> non-penetrative_sex

Generally it would be frottage for penises and tribadism for vaginas, but what about when it's both? You could just use non-penetrative_sex, assuming it only applies to this. If it applies to more than just frottage/tribadism, we'd need a tag specifically for genital-to-genital rubbing.
