Hiya, e621.net! Is there an easier way to download all images of one category/tag instead of having to manually click on all of the images, and then downloading them manually?

couldn't someone program some kind of bot to find and save images with a certain tag? this way e621 wouldn't have to do anything.

Mine tops out at 12.8 GB with images, videos, audio clips, GIF's, and other random furry stuff.

I have half of them tagged so far with the artist, character, year, and the gender.</em>

Well, you're out-scoring me. I'm only at a measly 1.53GB, and that's even including non-pr0n.

1.58 GB, but 1.04 GB of that are these Visual Novel things someone showed me. Haven't even looked at them yet...

I sorta stopped saving pics after having to deal with absurd file names just to avoid duplicate names, and that most of the time I have access to the internet.

As for the bot thing, I have one made by an associate that can make an HTML file with images that have specified tags for Gelbooru, Nekobooru, WildCritters, and e621 (so that one may mass-download them via downloader), but I never use it considering I can just go onto the internet, I don't want to cause a major burden on the servers which already have enough loads on them, and that direct image links act weird for e621.

some people carry their shit around for giggles. i know i have alot of stuff on my zune, but it's mostly reiq's stuff, with very few furry stuff.

What if your favorite artist decides to nuke their FA or all-out vanish from the fandom? Adam Wan, Java, Gembeck, Edis, moosebmd, and Chasington are some examples that I can think of.

Just like YouTube, your favorite things aren't always going to stay put, they will get deleted for various reasons over time, and that's why I save, save, save so I can enjoy it for as long as I want to! =^_^=

Old habit from an earlier age, before I knew where the good imageboards were and wouldn't necessarily be able to find an image a second time, or would have to trawl through a dozen or more small sites' collections.

Plus, sometimes I'd just as soon randomly flip through the collection of stuff I like, at which point my hard drive is more convenient than the internet.
