Seems its an artist on the net, however the character in question looks like a pissed off version of a straight eyed derpy.

I say get rid of the jerky_hooves tag to be honest. It's Derpy Hooves in the comics, they're just using the name of the comic for the character.

Jerky hooves is also a guy.

Sure. Might as well alias it to derpy_hooves_(mlp) as well, since there's no distinguishing characteristics of the character to warrant it having its own character tag.

Jerky Hooves is a female pony, a MOV version of Derpy, which grown with Derpy's family (Jerky is adopted) so Jerky grown with knowing Derpy is her sister, but she isnt.
The artist is ExtraDan.
