Seriously, I search a specific tag, and I keep getting images that don't even have that tag. It's like half of what comes up is only tangentially related, or just unrelated entirely. What's going on, here?

Would you be able to give us an example of this behaviour?

It could be an invalid tag or maybe that specific tag is aliased to a different tag

If you can tell us what you typed in the search bar, that may help

Two things:
1) Could be everything is horribly tagged, doubtful but can happen on more specific tags
2) A tag was aliased to something else and it is returning the latter tag of the alias

So tags like loli and shota are just replaced with the cub tag? Because that's what appears to be occurring.

loli and shota are aliased to young.
