Lucario (ルカリオ Rukario, originally an anagram of Oracle). Lucario first appeared as a central character in the film Pokémon: Lucario and the Mystery of Mew.
It is worth noting that Lucarios do not have a muzzle, only a very long nose in the official artworks, only three pink pads only on its toes and none at all on its hands. This is a common mistake in fanarts and, obviously, in rule 34 as well. Lucario is very often considered a very wide variety of animals from canine to feline or even kangaroos to some and very controversial so perhaps check what the artist portrays it.
