I like how all the most popular artists have been *only* drawing commissions for all the top spenders of said commissions. Artica, Sera, Secret, and the other few in a small group of fersona-collecting comissioners have only been getting art from the small group of top-tier furry artists. So if you had 40million dollars you would live in a box on the street? If you have the money or connections you buy what you want, What about the "lesser" artists that would get no commissions if 4 good artists took care of the whole fandom?

Well you want to commission Kacey, ask about her prices, give her the basic idea and get a price quote.

Then save up the money one way or another, pay Kacey to create the artwork and presto, you are the owner of a Kacey commissioned piece.

or as Chosso said, look up a lesser known artist who could do with some money and advertising of their work. There are some lesser known artists who have some very nice quality artwork as well.

Unless you are that poor that you can't even set aside some money for yourself it's that easy to get a commission from someone.

Now Kacey's price range is around $150-$300 at base price if I remember right. Surely you could ration your ramen for a few months for that?
