Re-uploading it won't help. It's against the sites rules to re-upload something that's already been deleted.

Contact the one who deleted it (Mairo in this case) and if you can prove somehow that it shouldn't have been deleted, they'll put it back up.

The janitor @Mario have a mess here, in the site in general.

There's literally a picture of a furry on the second panel. Someone obviously hasn't observed the image properly.
