Yes yes they are but very anatomically correct for his size. I give kudos to this artist for knowing how to get it right. I have been around many different male horses in my life and they range in shape and size in this area. This is a very accurate portrayal. I love it when an artist does it

No one here finds it odd that the HORSE, of all things, has piercings? No one at all? Really? Why would anyone give a HORSE piercings? Not only would PETA be all over that if it really happened.. I highly doubt a horse would stand still long enough, let alone even LET you pierce his penis and ballsac in such a way.

Similarly, if tranquilizers were used I have to question why anyone would do such a thing to a horse when they willfully realize the horse wouldn't let that happen in the first place.
