It's a PNG, not a JPG, whith PNG being lossless it's preferred over JPG.

actually, they are both jpg though this one is still better, original post has more compression artifacts

Ah, fair enough. I didn't actually check,I just saw the extension was a png and presumed that was it.

I just trusted that you were correct with the BVAS, since you've been BVASing for so long.
