I hate to say it, but that is some seriously butchered Japanese. Just out of curiosity I put it through Translate and it gave me, "One French girl Issun like for you".

Perhaps, わたし、あのフランスの女のように描いて would be better, though I'm not an expert on informal Japanese (Translate doesn't work very well without context, so put this in and you'll have the meaning: わたし、あのフランスの女のように描いてくれ). Not sure how they actually translated it in the movie.

I replied to the artists Twitter (who is not a Japanese speaker I assume) and he got it from Google translate which translates to what I said above. He said that's what he got when he put it through Google. I know Japan has alot of context (I only know this from gujin gumba or however you spell his channel)
