If it's unconfirmed, then theoretically incest only applies twice. If the statement is true, then it yes, incest would count three times. However, that depends if Nala is a distant cousin from Simba.

Technically Mufasa was also Nala's father since a pride only has 1 breeding male.

It doesn't matter if it's unconfirmed, the logic says it because Mufasa Is the only male on the crowd, Nala and any child can only be a Mufasa's son so...

Was confirmed in show the lion guard that Nala’s father was another male that isn’t Mufasa, as rafiki explains he was saved by the lion guard of his day, which in the show Scar was a previous leader of but Scar would of had to be a cub or not born yet as the guard that saved Nala’s father as a cub were grown ass adults as shown in the paintings that told the story

Nala is also canonically his sister. as all cubs in a pride are the child of the main male lion.
