This is one case where using the alpha channel probably wasn't the best idea.

I did upload it with checking. This is artists original highest quality version, if I were to "fix" this, it would count as third party edit.

Previous version is conversion from pixivs ugoira, so it is heavily JPG compressed and also heavily bloated filesize thanks to that.

The file is not corrupted or broken, so the flag is false.

We have other files here like this, where artist has forgotten to check that the color they have been working on is indeed white instead of alpha channel and with all of these cases as well, the artists file is kept, because that's the closes to original export.

If you want to fix this, select following, drag it to your bookmark bad and click it:
