I laughed when I saw that. Nice!

But seriously, though, breasts alone are not enough to warrant an "explicit" rating. Explicit ratings, as stated explicitly in the guidelines, are for any visible sexual organs or acts. She is wearing pants, ad I'm fairly certain that skateboarding is not a sexual act (in itself, at least). Reverting to default Questionable rating.

Please tell that to the FCC. And to all the women who could be going out in public dressed like this one.

Up here in Canada, women are free to walk around with out tops and bras. It's not illegal, they don't do it because it's considered awkward by social standards.

  • I'm disappointed by the fact that so many people treat breasts the way they do sexual organs. There is nothing anatomically sexual about breasts. They just happen to be a very socially acceptable fetish.

Which is not to say "free the boobies!", just that people have a tendancy to run with misconceptions. Breasts are still a personal thing, like any other part of your body. I know I'd keep any part of my body covered if people had acted like creepy pervs when they saw it...

Also, fuck the FCC and what they say. Fucking Cocksucking Cunts.

Some channels do after nine PM, but I thought they did that down south too.

  • In the thumbnail, I thought there was a drug deal occurring in the background... I guess I'm just too used to the local skateparks.

Attractive men walk around without shirts because they dont have man titties, the have pectorals. Nobody and I mean NOBODY wants to see some 300+ pound man walk around without a shirt off, exposing his giggely, lumpy, kinda wanna touch but not really, hairy chest and titties

No because most of our programming comes from the states where the states rules of censorship apply.

    Actually, yes.
It is entirely legal, but frowned upon by societal standards.
