My french is a bit off but the visual parts are telling enough too

Seems like Nicks is a Carrot cake roll

And Judy's is a Blueberry Mousse Sponge Cake, or the "Mousse" part is vague and it is just with Blueberries

Both look really good, and complimentary too :)

I wish I had the sort of intuition to imagine something like this. :p
