Not sure if you're trolling or what, but what's horrifying about someone being more comfortable with their body? Sure, part of it was removed, but if you don't need that part and it's actively making your life worse, why keep it? Do you expect trans women to keep their facial hair because it's "horrifying" to get rid of it permanently? Shouldn't it be his right to decide what happens to his body?
