    Serious answer? I'd guess there are two main motives. Some might consider it rude to 'demand' a variant of a picture, implying that the artist should do more work or change their work to suit the audience. In some cases this can make sense, but since Personalami is known for making futa variants it seems odd to downvote a comment about it.

    The other reason, of course, is that dicks make some guys so uncomfortable that they hate the idea of futa variants.

    Edit:though on closer examination a futa variant of this particular picture might be weird, simply because those hips don't lie, she's definitely female. Heh.

    Why would her hips make a version with a dick weird? Whether she's female and whether she has a dick are completely separate things

    Almost no one browsing this site is uncomfortable with futas unless they blacklisted that tag.

    The second reason, I suspect, is that half the pics on this damn site have "I can't wait/prefer to have the futa version/girl version" comments under them. Those get damned old real fast.

    Your first reason, I suspect, is probably correct: it's rude to the artist.
