I'm with Vynarus on this one. While I may have lost the argument a long time ago about a flat-tailed Pikachu being male (Because it's not necessarily a male, as the sexual dimorphism was included after the introduction of Pikachu), I cannot lose this argument again, because the fact that the tails are heart-shaped means the artist is paying attention to the sexual dimorphism of Pikachus, and thus we can take that into account.
